Shredding Services

Keep your information secure and save valuable time by letting us handle the shredding of any sensitive documents. Secure Mobile Shredding makes safe document disposal in Whitehorse fast, affordable and convenient. We offer 2 services:

One-Time Shreds

We come right to you and shred your documents on site
We use a 65G bin that holds approximately 8 banker boxes of paper
Charges are calculated depending on how full the bin is ½, ¾, or full
Minimum charge is ½ a bin $50, $75, $100 including GST and recycling fees
We shred paper, paperclips and staples. (There is an additional $2 fee for each non-paper item found in the shredding bins)

Please ensure that all your paper has been gone through BEFORE we arrive. There is a $2.00 charge per item other than paper, paperclips, and staples that we must remove before we shred. All big black metal clips MUST be removed BEFORE we come to shred your paper. If we find a large number of items that need to be removed before we shred, your shred might have to be rescheduled until it has been gone through properly.

Scheduled Shreds

We can supply you with one of our bins and shred your documents on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly basis. Bins for scheduled service come in 4 sizes:

4- 12” Bins

$50 including GST and recycling fees per pickup
Fits nicely under your desk
Easier to handle if you have stairs/no elevator
All together they hold approximately 100 pounds of paper, equal to 4 banker boxes

2-24” Bins

$50 including GST and recycling fees per pickup
Fits nicely beside your desk
Easier to handle if you have stairs/no elevator
All together they hold approximately 100 pounds of paper, equal to about 4 banker boxes

32-Gallon Bin (23”w x 22”d x 38.5”h)

$50.00 including GST and recycling fees per pickup
This holds approximately 100 pounds of paper, equal to about 4 banker boxes

65-Gallon Bin (23”w x 29”d x 42”h)

$100 including GST and recycling fees per pickup
This holds approximately 200 pounds of paper, equal to about 8 banker boxes

Certifying Safe Disposal

We will provide you with a certificate of destruction with every shred. All paper is recycled locally after shredding.
