One-Time Shreds

We can come right to you and shred your documents on-site. Pricing for one-time shreds is based on the volume of paper in a 65-gallon bin that holds approximately 200 lbs. of paper or approximately 8 banker boxes. Charges are calculated depending on how full the bin is: ½, ¾ or full. There is a $40 service charge + GST per pickup. There is an additional $1.75 recycling fee per 32-gallon bin of paper. There is also an additional $1.00 fee for each non-paper item found in the shredding bins excluding paperclips and staples.

Scheduled Shreds

We can supply you with one of our bins and shred your documents on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly basis. Bins for scheduled service come in 4 sizes:

4- 12” Bins

  • $40 and GST and $1.75 recycling fee per pickup

  • Fits nicely under your desk

  • Easier to handle if you have stairs/no elevator

  • All together they hold approximately 100 pounds of paper, equal to 4 banker boxes

2-24” Bins

  • $40 and GST and $1.75 recycling fee per pickup

  • Fits nicely beside your desk

  • Easier to handle if you have stairs/no elevator

  • All together they hold approximately 100 pounds of paper, equal to about 4 banker boxes

32-Gallon Bin (23”w x 22”d x 38.5”h)

  • $40.00 and GST and $1.75 recycling fee per pickup

  • This holds approximately 100 pounds of paper, equal to about 4 banker boxes

65-Gallon Bin (23”w x 29”d x 42”h)

  • $80 and GST and $3.50 recycling fee per pickup

  • This holds approximately 200 pounds of paper, equal to about 8 banker boxes

Certifying Safe Disposal

We will provide you with a certificate of destruction with every shred. All paper is recycled locally after shredding.
